ROAD TRIP: Day One

After lots of "i have to go to the bathrooms" and several stops later, we made it safely to Amarillo, TX. We all got settled into our rooms and then some of us even went for a dip in the pool. (Which was VERY cold!!) After our swim, we had a brief devotional and talked about how we are all called NOW to be the hands of Christ. And that when people tell us that we are the future of the church...we should say...no, we are the present! We talked about how God called Samuel (at a very young age) to a prophet to His people. And that we have all been called to serve God by going on this trip. We are safely tucked away in our rooms now (Jeb checked!) and will head out to Longview, TX in the morning. Until later --
